Backup camera and Nav would not work because the screen was blank. Sometimes when I drove for 20mins it will turn itself on magically, but most of the time I would get stucked with a blank screen the whole trip and even the trips after. Tried changing every setting, reset to factory settings, upgraded the maps through Mazda tools. Nothing would
Disconnect the two cables. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. I started the car without the screen for good measure. Turn off the car. Plug the screen back in and start the car up and see if the screen turns on. If yes, snap the bezel back into place and screw bolts back in. If not, reinstall anyway and you'll have to go to the dealer.
